Can I customise my own T-shirt/Hoodie ?
Yes! You can send us your quote or design idea after placing your order and we’ll help bring it to life. From fonts to colors to placements, we sit with you (virtually), share mockups, and print only when you approve.
How can I customise my T-shirt/Hoodie ?
Customising your T-shirt/Hoodie with Quoted Dhaaga is simple:
- After you place your order, we connect with you on your whatsapp or Instagram.
- You can tell us your quote, word, or even a rough concept.
- Our team helps with font selection, design layout, and recommendations if you're unsure.
- We send you a preview of the design on a T-shirt/Hoodie for your approval.
- Once approved, we print and ship your personalised piece to your doorstep.
What printing method do you use?
We use DTF (Direct to Film) printing for rich, long-lasting, and skin-friendly prints with vibrant details, even on dark fabrics.
Do you offer oversized T-shirts/Hoodies ?
Yes, as of now our collections come in oversized fits. You can refer to our size chart before ordering or reach out for personalized help.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Pre-designed T-shirts/Hoodies : Shipped within 2–4 working days.
- Custom T-shirts/Hoodies: Shipped within 3-5 working days after final mockup approval.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer returns/exchanges on defective or wrong products. There is a return fee of 150 INR which we charge in case of returns, and a fee of 100 INR on replacement if there is a size issue. However,customised orders and tank tops are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there's an issue from our end.
Returns on defective or wrong products are completely free, no charges from our end
